Opening up to the World

For the past year and a half we have been running an opinion blog in Turkish called: Acik Gorus, where we write our opinions on Turkish politics, society and other political issues on the world agenda, to instigate intelligent discussion.

For a while now we have had requests to publish our blog in English and be accessable to the hundreds of millions of English speakers around the world. So he we are opening our English opinion and discussion blog: Foreignsight. Some articles will be translations of Turkish ones that are published on Acik Gorus but many will be original articles in English. We will be focussing on issues that affect Turkey but we are open to other opinions and we encourage other writers who are interested in international politics to join our team.
